Service Desk Agent

Our team currently includes 6 people. We help our clients with ERP server management. Which means we monitor applications which automate many back office functions related to technology and services. But that’s not all! Our job also consists of work with many more applications and systems being developed and extended day by day.

Our main task is to provide IT support for our clients in the following matters:

  • M3 ERP system support
  • Identity management
  • Technical lifecycle support
  • Monitoring services
  • Servers management

Important part of your work here will be:

  • Communication with the clients through the email and telephone in English.
  • 1st and 2nd level Incident and Request solutions
  • Work with Service Manager application
  • Learning and improving every day

Skills you need:

  • Advanced knowledge of English
  • General IT overview and interest
  • Motivation to learn and improve in technical  knowledge
  • Be a team player
