Our offer consists of daily checks (server/system performance, message queues handling), monitoring of the whole system, identity management and troubleshooting or solving incidents as they come. In case of need our service desk escalates issues to dedicated resources from 2nd or 3rd level.
Our team currently supports over around 20 customers world wide.

- To support customers across different time zones or technical areas, we work with all sorts of different teams, either from iStone Czech, iStone AB, iStone Chille or iStone China.
